S. Vex and Anonymous Therapist are a duo: a sociopath and his therapist. Together they compiled notes from the therapy room - from Vex's life and other patients - showing both perspectives: the sociopath's and the therapist's. The anonymity is part of the series: the mechanism matters, not the name.
