Privacy policy

The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Parkova (contact: parkova.coltd@gmail.com). This site uses no tracking cookies and does not profile visitors.

Visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that does not identify individuals. We see aggregate visit counts, not people. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - measuring traffic on our own site.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes standard technical connection data (including IP addresses in server logs) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not link this data to individuals.

We run no newsletter and no forms - if you email us, we process your address and the content of your message only to reply, and we keep the correspondence only as long as the matter requires.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. For data matters, write to parkova.coltd@gmail.com.
