The Sensory Overload Journal - Classic Edition
A 90-day journal for autistic adults to track triggers, energy, sensory needs and gentle recovery
Your sensory experience is real and deserves to be tracked with the same care as sleep, food or money. Over 90 days this journal collects brief notes: what your senses took in each day, where the load came from and what helped you come back to yourself. No long essays, no scoring. A blank day is information too.
After a few weeks the pages start talking to each other: bad afternoons follow loud mornings, one specific texture costs more than it seems to. That knowledge can go with you to therapy, to work, or simply stay yours.
Classic Edition: quiet black-and-white pages with no decoration - for readers who prefer minimal visual stimulation.

Questions and answers
Is this journal only for people with an autism diagnosis?
No. It was designed for autistic adults, but the pages work the same way with ADHD, high sensory sensitivity or burnout. There are no tests and no scores.
Do I have to write every day?
No. Skipped pages are allowed. After a break you start on the next page, not from zero. Most days take three to five minutes.
Is it dated?
No, you write the dates yourself, so you can start on any day of the year.
Is it a therapy tool?
It is a self-reflection tool, not medical advice or a diagnostic tool. You can bring it to therapy, coaching or a support group - the patterns it collects make the conversation easier.
What is the difference between the three editions?
The interior and page layout are identical. Classic has quiet black-and-white pages; Pastel Rainbow a soft pastel palette; Calm Blue a cool blue tone.
